You know, many times people ask us, Why are you so passionate about this?" No, it's not just the food. Yes, we absolutely love the food. We love the food because it tastes amazing when you know how to prepare it. It is the simplest, easiest, most enjoyable way you can eat, but it's not just about feeding yourself the right physical food. Yes, we focus on that because that's the key that so many people have trouble with, But we are about total healing, spirit, soul, and body from a biblical perspective, because we know that God's given you big dreams. To do things, to get out there into the world, and to bring His kingdom to this earth through whatever purpose He has placed within you. And you know whatever that is, when you do it, it lights you up. But the problem that we find over and over again is that people who are living at a high level, who already know all the business tactics, already have strategies in place, and you're doing those things and getting results in your business. You're already successful. what we find is happening for many people is what happened to us. We hit 40, and we hit roadblocks in our health, one after the other after another, until we were so exhausted, we could not effectively do all that God gave us to do. Yes, we were accomplishing great things, as I'm sure you are, but when you have stacking diagnosis or stacking symptoms, you live your life exhausted and distracted by the enemy. And we have a real enemy. He does not want you to fully live your calling. but there are principles that govern this world, and that govern our bodies. And when we understand those principles... we can get freed from the things that are holding us back from fully living our mission

because when you hit those roadblocks, it halts your progress in life, in business, even spiritually. If you have trouble concentrating, barely making it through the day, how can you really effectively hear from the Lord on a day-to-day basis?

And that's such a good point. That reminds me of when I was standing on our balcony in Panama City Beach when we used to live there, and I was talking to my friend Kimberly on the phone, and I said, "You know, I just have this strong desire to teach people the Word of God. I love God. I love His Word. it's alive, it's active, it's sharper than any two-edged sword." There are things that God wants to show us that give us life, because His desire is for us to live and live forever. That's always been His desire. And not only to live and live forever, but to live in union with Him, in intimacy and closeness, personal relationship. This is not about religion. This is about having a real and true relationship with the God of the universe. He loves you, and He wants to empower you to do mighty things in this world, because in and through you, He's designed things in a way that it will bring Him glory. It will draw you closer to Him, having that relationship, but He also then fills you up to overflow, because His kingdom is all about abundance, abundance in every area, spirit, soul, and body. That includes your health. That includes your finances It includes so many things, because think about it. If you're stuck in your health, you cannot progress financially, and if the enemy can keep you stuck so that all you think about is things like your health and you're working and you're striving, you cannot get to the place where you can help other people. The enemy can just get us so distracted on all these things so now we're in a place where we're in survival mode. If you're in that place with your health how are you going to help the people that God created you to help? And that is what we're out to fight together saying, No more." So when we're eating those foods that allow us to thrive, and we have the system for doing that in a way that we can escape man's system and man's ways which wear you out, now you're free to live in your calling. Now, we're gonna be talking about some other things we need today as well, because it's not just about physical food. Yeshua made that very clear. And so we wanna make sure that as we're teaching you about the physical foods, which we are going to continue to do, because that is the foundation of breaking free from this world's system so that your physical body can live the way it was meant to live. We're going to also teach you biblical principles, not only about the food, the physical food, but the food that feeds your spirit and your soul. And that gets right back to what I was saying about my friend Kimberly. I bet you thought I forgot about that, but I didn't, so I'm on the porch talking to my friend, And I say to her, "I don't understand why God's calling us to teach people about physical food. And he's shown us the importance of it and how important it was for us to escape that, but why that instead of the word of God?" And maybe you'll understand what she said to me because you've experienced this. I know I've experienced it in my own life. When you are so sick, or you start piling on symptoms, and all of a sudden you have low energy, and you're constantly aching, and there's some strange stuff going on with your body. And now you have to make an appointment with this doctor and that doctor, and get it approved with your health insurance, and go get this medicine. And now you have symptoms for those medicines, and now you're dealing with that. And then you have another thing pop up. And you're constantly having to manage this stuff and wasting your time at appointments that you wouldn't have to be at if you were well, and getting procedures, and having to heal from the procedures. It's like this list that just keeps going on and on. And she said, "That totally drains your attention from where it needs to be, from your relationship with God, even being able to hear his voice." She said, "If you don't have the nutrients that your body needs, how can your brain even focus?" And I remember hearing a pastor talk about when he had, at one point, had this heart condition. He said he would get so tired, he would literally fall asleep trying to read the word, and he couldn't get past one or two passages. And he'd be passing out because he couldn't even function to think, to read, to learn, to hear the voice of God. He was constantly just trying to survive. He was living in survival mode. If you physically are not able, Then that shuts down your ability to be able to process, and learn, and do the things that you need to learn and do So today what we're going to talk about is The path and power of God to heal completely, many times you grow up in church like I did, maybe you've been in church your entire life. I was taught that when God talked about healing or the word salvation, that it actually just meant spiritual salvation, spiritual healing, that Yeshua or Jesus, that he came to heal us, just on the inside, just your spirit. It doesn't really apply to the body. You know, God used to heal, and he still can heal, but he doesn't often heal. Those are the kind of things we say when we lack trust, and we really don't understand God's heart, and we don't understand the power of his word and how he actually operates. We don't understand that he's the same today, yesterday, and forever, even though he's told us that he is, and he never changes. These things are for today. So we want you to understand that God heals completely, and his power is still as strong. I mean, has his power faded, or does he still have the same power, He still-

power's never changed. He is the same. So every promise and that's every word God has ever spoken to you in his word, it is the power of God. He backs his word, and he is his word. So when God says something, he doesn't just say words. When he gives you a word, you know that it isn't just something he says. It's who he is. Like, with men, men can be two-faced. So they might say something that they don't really embody at the core of their soul, of who they are. It's not really all they think, feel, and believe. They might just say something to sound good. Now, we shouldn't do that. We shouldn't be hypocrites. We should be in alignment. But men sometimes do that. The Bible says God never does that. Why? 'Cause he cannot speak out of alignment with his word. He is his word. It's not just something he says. It is who he is. Romans 1:16 says, "I am not ashamed of the gospel." What is gospel? Gospel is the good news. Now, Yeshua taught the gospel. Now, if he taught the gospel, clearly it wasn't just, "Hey, I came and died on the cross for you to forgive your sins." The gospel must mean something else if Yeshua was teaching it before he died, But we always think, oh, the good news is just that Jesus died for so you can be saved. But what Yeshua

Right. What the Bible says is that when he taught the gospel, he said, "I came to tell you the gospel of the Kingdom of God," of the kingdom. So what is this gospel of the kingdom? It's that in this world, things can be in your life the way it is in heaven. God wants your life to be the way he laid out things to be for you. He doesn't want it to be twisted. He doesn't want the enemy to have control over you, to be able to come in and make you physically sick, emotionally sick, spiritually sick. In any area, God wants you well in every single area.

Is anybody lacking anything in heaven? How was it before the fall when God walked with Adam in the garden? He lacked nothing. And we think, well, that will be for a later time, but what did Jesus say? Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven."

and we're gonna go on and talk about that, 'cause I wanna get into what we call the Lord's Prayer, which is actually our prayer. It's not his prayer. It's the prayer he gave us to pray, and there's a lot of power in it. So that's what he's talking about here, Jarrod. I'm so glad you brought that up because that is what he's talking about with the gospel. The gospel is his kingdom coming to this Earth in and through you, just as it did through Yeshua. Yeshua is our walking example of everything we can do and should be doing. Not only that, he says, "Greater works will you do." Why? Because things can be multiplied today. Incredible things can happen, massive widescale. Because we have things they didn't have before. We have Holy Spirit indwelling us, and a lot of us all at the same time, Because of what Yeshua did, dying for us. Also, we have technology that was not available back then, that multiplies it. So I'm not gonna go off on a tangent on that. But I want you to understand why and how it could be multiplied. How could we possibly do greater things than raising people from the dead? It can be done in mass now because of the technology and because of the ability for the Holy Spirit to reside in each one of us. And when we come together, there's power in union, and so now we're doing things together. And there's no end to what God can do when he gets ahold of us and works through us to overflow.

Exponential. So it says, "I am not ashamed of this gospel because this good news is the power of God, leading to salvation for everyone who fully trusts in God and what he says." That's people from all nations. So I wanna read that again. "I'm not ashamed of this gospel," and we've talked about what that is, because this good news," this gospel, "is the power of God, leading to salvation for everyone who believes." And the word for salvation there, says, "This good news is the power of God, leading to salvation," that word is sozo. That's the root word.

That is shalom. That's not just peace. It's healing and completeness in spirit, soul, and physical body. And physical body. It does not exclude physical healing. It actually includes it. Okay? And you will see this all over the word. Start looking at every time Yeshua forgave somebody of sin, many, many times there was physical healing involved, and a lot of times he would heal them first physically, and it opened the door to their spiritual healing. Start looking at how physical and spiritual healing are linked. It will blow your mind. So sozo, when you read this, this good news that God's kingdom can come to Earth through you, just as it did through Yeshua. Think about it. Every time he touched somebody, he was bringing God's will to Earth through Yeshua's hands, through Yeshua's prayers. God wants to do that in and through you. We can't do that if we're not well. He wants to heal us first, and then when we're healed, spirit, soul, and body, guess what happens? Overflow. And it is powerful, and it is awesome. This good news is the power of God leading to your salvation, spirit, soul, and body, for everyone who fully trust in him and what he says. So we're gonna get back to the full trust, but I wanna go on and talk about how the scripture also says God's word is literal medicine. It heals, sozo, spirit, soul, and body. It restores. It delivers. It brings life, and that includes spiritual and physical to your literal body as well. It brings all these things because His words are not just what He says. Like we said in the beginning, His words are who He is. Does God ever say anything that is not who He is? No, we cannot separate what He says from who He is because His word is who He is. So then, God is never a hypocrite. He never lies. He is not capable of lying. If you realize that, then every single promise you read in His word is true. It is not just true for someone else, it is true for you. When? Every single day as long as you trust it. It is yours, and it will come to life in you, and it will breathe life into you because His word is life because He is life. It's power. It is medicine. He is truth and only says what is true. The Bible backs this up in Numbers 23:19. God is not a man, so He does not lie. He's not human, so He does not change His mind. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? Has He ever promised and not carried through?" So you can take what God says to the bank. His word is the most reliable thing there is for you. So I ask you, if God said something in His word, do you believe it with all that you are? Do you know that you know that you know it's true? My prayer and Jarrod's prayer is that all of us are shouting yes right now. Yes, I know. Yes, I trust every word He says. But if you're not there right now, do you know how to get there? Or if you are there, do you know how to even build stronger trust in God and what He says about you and to you? The Bible tells us that trust in God comes by hearing, and hearing comes by the very word of God. So the key is to get God's word into your life every day in every way possible as much as possible. That includes reading His word. It includes listening to it on Audio Bible. I love how Terri Savelle Foy talks about Automobile University. 100%. Maybe you think, "You know, I don't know the Word. I'm not in it like I used to. I don't read it, or I only read five or 10 minutes a day, 'cause that's all I have time for." Expand your time, because The enemy wants you to think you don't have time 'cause you have to work all these hours on your business. You have to do this and do that and do this and do that. But what I've found is as I've spent hours at His feet and I've taken more time away from the other things, the other things get done years faster than they would've before, because He gives me dreams with answers I've been looking for. He gives me ideas about how to accomplish business task, how to accomplish things in relationships, how to accomplish things in every area of this life that it would have taken me years to figure out. It is amazing how He does that. So He redeems the time as you spend time at His feet

Another deception is he's going to tell you if you're listening to the word, "Hey, a week from now you're not going to remember that. So it's really not worth your time." I don't remember what I ate for dinner a month ago. It still nourished my body. It still sustained me. So hearing the word, even if 'Cause, like, for me, I'm more of a visual learner, but it's still good for me to hear it in those times whenever I can't read. So, like, with the automobile, I've heard it called Rolling University. Both are, both are great names. But if you have 15 minutes, 30 minutes on the road, listening to that, it's never a waste because you're getting it in you, and that repetition, it's going to set seed, and then that's going to bloom

And you multiply that. So think about 30 minutes to work, 30 minutes back home. Then you got your shower time, the time you're getting dressed. All these different times. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have quiet time and sit down and be fully attentive. You can read His word, and that's in your quiet time, and He'll speak to you. He'll speak personal things about your life. He'll speak things, just principles out of that word when it was happening in that exact way as well. So there's reading God's word, listening to it on audio Bible, having quiet times where you talk to him, but you don't just come with a list of, "God, I need, I need, I need, I need." You know, think about your first love. You wanted to be with them all the time. You wanted to figure out how you could be together more time. You know, you were spending as much time with them as you could. And when you got together, you didn't just bring a long list of what you wanted them to get you, to do for you, to give you. Like, that's crazy. You would never have thought to do that because you cared about them, and you just wanted to get to know them and what pleased their heart so you could do more of those things together. That is intimacy. That's what God wants for you, and he wants with you. And when you have that, you have everything So now we have reading God's word, listening to it on Audio Bible, talking to him in the quiet time, and asking him to talk to you, then sitting in silence. That's one of the hardest things

You have to literally block it off, get in an actual quiet place. And it seems hard until you do it. But once you've done it a couple of times, it becomes your new habit because you're gonna get fed, and then you're gonna feel like you're starving when you don't have it. And you're gonna think about like with your first love, how can we get together again? When can I spend time with him? How I can't wait to see him. I can't wait to get to know him more. And the healing and power are gonna flow into your life and flow out of you from that secret place. When you go into that place, take a pen and paper. Don't go without a pen and paper. When you're sitting in your quiet time, God is going to start speaking to you if you ask him. He will. If you don't hear anything the first time, go again. But expect to hear the first time. Don't think it's gonna take a while. Write down even if it's just one word, if it's two words. He might give you a whole poem that rhymes.

You might give you a full-length business plan. You had an idea for something and you didn't know where to start, and then all of a sudden, oh, this wonderful idea comes, and then boom, boom, boom, boom, it's all laid out

That's so good. I mean, it's so good, and we're striving, trying to figure out all this stuff. See, the striving comes from not spending time at His feet. When you're starved, you have no energy to do the things you need to do

Well, a perfect example is back in the garden. Adam had work. He worked, but he didn't have to strive to feed himself. That was already taken care of. So now that Jesus has come, we've been restored back to the Father. If we spend time in His presence, we can get back to the garden. We don't have to strive for every little thing. He will help us, just like with the ideas with business or whatever the case may be

So as you write it down, don't worry about what it means. You know, I'm a thinker, and so when I first started doing this, I was trying to figure out exactly what he was trying to say after the first word. Think about how crazy that is. There's a lot of times what I see when I go back and read what I wrote down, there's layers to what he was saying to me, and I would have missed it if I missed the words. So the important thing is don't think about what it means, just write the words you hear. Write the words you hear. After he stops speaking then you can look at it and ask him what it means. What does this mean? Show me what this means. I want to understand. And it'll be clear. Sometimes it'll just be clear because you weren't thinking about all of it, you just wrote it down. So that can change your life. That one thing right there can absolutely change your life. And again, we're talking about spirit, soul, and body. Soul, this will change how you think about things, what you desire, how you feel about things, how you think, how you feel, and what you feel, and what you desire. This is where his desires start becoming your desires. That's what it means, I will give you the desires of your heart, He will put his desires in you

Don't worry about figuring it out while he's speaking, just write. when you start saturating yourself daily with God's word, you will come to life, spirit, soul, and body. Why? Because every word of God is the power of God. Just as Romans 1:16 says, "I am not ashamed of the good news of God's kingdom, Because this good news of God's word is the very power of God leading to complete trust in God and salvation," which is sozo, complete healing for your thoughts, your feelings, your desires, your physical body, every situation, every area. and this is for all who fully trust in him. Are you all? Cause maybe the devil's saying to you, You know what? It's not all about you. This isn't all about you. This is about other people. This happens for other people. It can't

"This was for thousands of years ago. This isn't for now," or, "This is," like Anita's saying, "This is for other people on the other side of the world." No, you are part of all

You hear this isn't for me, 'cause the enemy hijacks your personal pronouns, which is really crazy So this is for all who fully trust him, it says. Now let's get into the trust here. and this trust is, built by saturating yourself in his word, in him, because he is healing. His word therefore heals. His name, his very name, is Jehovah Rapha, God your healer. And Proverbs 4:20-22 says, "My child," and that's you, insert your name there, pay attention to my words and bend your ear toward them intentionally to everything I say. Do not let my words depart from your eyes," look at them, and keep them in the center of your heart, because they are life," and it actually translates to fountain of life or fountain of youth, to those who explore and discover them, and they are healing to all their flesh." Guess what flesh means there

Your body. Flesh. And bingo. Yes, this word includes your physical body. God says all throughout His Word, and once you see it, I promise you cannot unsee it, He wants you well in every area. Not He can, He will. God will heal me, spirit, soul, and body. Unless you trust His Word, you will not have what His Word says, and His Word is life, and we want you to have life, and we want you to understand His Word is medicine. So the more you get together with believers who have lived these things and had them come alive in them, like we're spending time today, you're gonna start thinking right thoughts, and out of right thoughts, which come from hearing God's Word and saturating yourself in it, now you're going to be healing spirit, soul, and body. You will get to a place where you are well, and when you're well, you can live your kingdom purpose, and that is really why Jarrod and I do what we do. That's why Power On Plants is here. God wants you well in every area. He's made a way for it to happen and for it to continue miraculously. Yes, He'll heal you. Yes, you could go to a healing service. Yes, you could be healed right away. but also, you were called to be a good steward of your body. So you Let's say you go to a healing service, and you're healed. That is awesome. God wants to do that for you. Why wait? Go now. Get healed. Believe for it. Believe His words, but then understand that what got you to the place you were before, like He says, "Go and sin no more." So go and walk in my right ways. So if we go and walk in His right ways according to His Word, and we get back to the foundation, and we go, "Okay, how am I supposed to eat?" We find that, oh, look, there's somebody who's figured this out. And you'd think, you know, there's not that much to figure out, but there is because we've been so saturated in lies. And so the reason it's difficult is because the ways of men have to be exposed by the light. the true light of the Word of God has to shine on them, and once we see, hey, that was a lie I believed, we can get that out, immediately replace it with truth, and now the wasteland is gone. There's no empty space that the devil can come back in and fill. Now we've got it filled with the truth of God's Word. Filled with the right foods, the right methods, the simple ways, so we're no longer counting calories and keeping up with macros and grams and points and You know, Adam and Eve weren't stepping on a scale. They weren't pulling out their macros app. They weren't worried about their grams of protein. That's insanity. Don't let the world keep speaking to you about how to heal. The Word of God will heal you, spirit, soul, and body. And then when it comes to the food and just getting out of these patterns, as we come together, and we study scripture, and we learn what God's Word says, and you can also align with someone. If it's not us, align it with someone who resonates in your spirit. You want to be with someone who is sitting at the feet of God, who follows Yeshua and follows his example, is learning from him and being fed and overflowing to you, who has walked through some of the physical problems you've walked through successfully, who's gotten rid of the being tired, and having fatigue, and having fibromyalgia, and having a bladder disease that they said they'd have forever, and having fibrocystic breasts, and all these different things that we were dealing with, crazy stuff, like autoimmune things. Someone who has walked through these things and come out on the other side and says "Oh, God's ways work, and here's how we get the old ways out of the world. Here's what we believed before that was keeping us stuck. Here's the simple way to get unstuck, and here's a way to enjoy your life, to actually live." So you can get out there and you're not thinking about food 24/7. It doesn't have a hold on you all the time. It doesn't take you 12 hours to prepare a meal and you're exhausted. It doesn't use all these weird ingredients that you have to go to another country to buy. All that is insanity Our job is to get to the place and unite ourself with those that can help us in eating the right physical food and spiritual food, His word. Deuteronomy 8:3 says, "So God humbled you," and this is talking about the Israelites in the desert. "God humbled you, allowing you to hunger, and fed you with manna." Now, I will say, people say, "Oh, see, God makes people sick To teach them a lesson. Well, that's not what we see of the God in the Bible. He allowed these things to happen that they had invited in. Think about it. They were standing at the promised land. He literally was ready to walk them in to their land, to their promise, to the food, to the abundance, the finances. He called it fortunes in the Bible. Yes, it was material wealth. You can't get around it. The words are there. It's so easy to see when you start studying His word, and it's everywhere. So in Deuteronomy, it says, "God humbled you, allowing you to hunger," because this is the place they got themselves. And then He fed you with manna, which you did not know, and your fathers didn't know." This is something that could only come supplied when you linked up with God and His word. It is your physical and spiritual sustenance, So this was manna. He gave them this physical sustenance. He cares about our bodies. He wants us to be healthy. He doesn't want us starve, walking around starve to death. He allowed you to hunger, feeding you with manna, which you or your fathers didn't know, Sometimes we're gonna have to escape the path our family walked. Sometimes we're gonna have to escape those old ways of stinking thinking. If we have a mission God's placed on our heart, how are we gonna be able to do that if we don't get the right food in spiritually and physically? we can link arms together and do this together. He wants this to happen, the rest of that verse says, "So He might make you know that man does not live by bread alone." It's not just the food. You can eat all the broccoli in the world. You can fill your life with all the whole plant foods in the perfect way, but if you are starving yourself spiritually, and you are not living by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, you are gonna starve yourself soul and spirit. And if you're starving in that way, the Bible talks about how The branch that is broken off of the vine, the vine being Christ, who leads us to Father. Yeshua came to lead us to God, right? He came to lead us to Father. If we stop at the door, Jarrod says we always just stop, like holding hands with Yeshua, not realizing that we have access to the throne room, to God the Father Himself. Why are we not talking to Him? Why are we not thanking Yeshua for making the way and then speaking directly with the Father? Yeshua, is our high priest for what reason? To lead us into the throne room. Right? So we need to be talking to God. We need to be hearing from God. We live not just by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. So yes, the bread is important. God cares about it. Why does he talk about food so much? Because he cares about it. why was one of the first things he laid out how to feed our bodies? With whole plant foods, Death was not to be a part of the world. Animals were never meant to die to feed us. Death entered the world through sin.
