The reality is that it's impossible for you to completely live your calling when your body keeps holding you back day after exhausting day. You know it, and your enemy knows it. So today we are sharing with you the keys that will help you break free from the health struggles that keep holding you

The Lies About Genes And Aging

Anita

back. now, perhaps you just think you've been dealt a bad hand in life, that the reason you struggle so much with low energy just not feeling good and the growing list of health struggles is because of bad genes.

Jarrod

That's what I hear all the time whenever I'm talking with my patients. It's either bad luck or bad genes. They just expect this as they get older. Like it's a standard. I'm going to have some type of issue, some type of disease. And I suppose to be fair, they've seen this in their family, loved one's friends, And it's just become so commonplace.

Anita

And you're touching on the big second thing there, Jared, so it's not just that you've been programmed to think it's your bad genes, it's also age. you said you think that as you get older, your bad genes are gonna kick in. And those two things are the combo That are keeping society stuck. This is why we see the chop chronic diseases of our time and they're rampant because our enemy has convinced us through marketing, through the environment we're in, the people that we're around, what they're saying, the programming in what you're watching, what you're listening to on a daily basis, we call it the Matrix. And when you're plugged into the matrix. You start believing things that aren't God ideas, Seeds are being planted in you by the enemy that grow things that are not of God. God doesn't say. Hey, as you get older you're gonna get sicker. Or, hey, some of you're gonna get dealt bad genes and some of you're gonna have great genes. That's just not the way it goes. And so if we are believers, as believers, we're to be aware of the ways the enemy works in life. And two of the big ways that he keeps you stuck in your health struggles is by getting you to believe that you're just gonna be sicker as you get older, you're gonna have more things happen. That are gonna keep you stuck and not feeling good. I mean, and you hear it in the way that people talk around you on the radio, the things you're listening to again and again, and maybe you even hear those same words coming out of your own mouth. you know, somebody asked you how you're doing. Oh, you know how it is. I mean, I'm doing okay. But you know, as you get older, it gets a little harder to get up in the morning

Jarrod

turned 30 and you know, I'm getting old.

Anita

Sharon I mean, that is horrible. We hear it from 30 year olds,

Jarrod

forties, 54. No, I don't know what you mean. Well, we used to know what you mean, but we don't know now.

Anita

Yeah. He says that like, yeah, I'm 54 No, I don't know how it is now cause I was able to escape that mentality and those things that kept me stuck in it. So it's like Jared always says aging is not a disease. And as we know, the Bible says we have a common enemy roaming about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, Okay? We're way too scared of him. And the reason being is we don't understand that he's not the roaring lion. He's a fault, substitute a roaring line, and he's looking for the ones who will allow him to devour them. Whom he may devour. Get out your Bibles. It's right there. It's in plain English. and if you go back into the original language, you're gonna see it

The Matrix Behind Food And Healthcare

Anita

We've given our enemy way too much power. The only power he has is in deceiving us to then enact what he wants in our lives. But I wanna go back to something you just said a moment ago. You mentioned the matrix. You might be thinking Matrix. I mean, how would that be in our modern society? Who benefits from that? Let's take a step back and look. The food industry makes money on us on the front end, and I'm not against people making profit, but when you look at the quality of what they're selling, it's dirt cheap, it's poor quality and it, most of it, just the packaged foods and things do not promote health. So they make a killing, no pun intended, here, uh, on us on the front end. 'cause they don't want us dead. 'cause you can't buy stuff if you're dead. Uh, but they make a ton of money on the front end. but then who makes money on the back end? Sadly, it's the healthcare industry. They make money in procedures and things, and I'm not against healthcare providers. I am one Anita's in healthcare.

Anita

but it's like you always say to your patients, if I do my job, like I want to do my job, you won't need me anymore. We should be working ourselves out of a job. Most of you wouldn't need us anymore down the road because you're going to learn how to be set free from these things, or at least preventing and even reversing them. We see it on the regular.

Jarrod

But as providers, we've kind of been programmed in the matrix to think also that these are just part of aging. You must have these foods, these animal-based foods for protein. So it's a love-hate relationship. You need it, but too much of it's gonna make you die early. And we talked about that. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy. Well, we think, well, I'm not dead. How's he killing me? Disease is early death. not immediate death, it's slowed death. We were not meant to die in our fifties and sixties, a hundred plus years. I want every single day of that. I don't want my death to be my fault. I want to get to the end of my race. And have done well. And then when Jesus says, Hey Jared, it's your time. You finished the race, you finished it, well come home. That's when your body then, as the spirit leaves, will then die.

Anita

Yeah. So you could just step out. Imagine being healthy to your last day and you can just step out when God calls you home, What's the possibility? Start imagining it because it's not what we're taught on the regular.

Root Cause Inflammation And Blood Flow

Anita

There's so many different rabbit trails that I could go on with what you've said. I'm thinking about when you talked about the foods. first of all it's the food producers and the manufacturers. I think about how. Even in the us, like the poor quality. You could have the same product here versus the same product in Europe and how poor the quality is here in the US and people are staying stuck. But you're, programmed to think even if you can get beyond those poor quality products. That eating whole and clean is gonna help you, and to an extent it will to get off those things, you start getting some results. But then we were our sickest when we were eating whole and eating clean because we didn't understand just by nature, the animal products, what they were doing on the inside of our bodies, clogging our arteries, causing inflammation. That is really the root cause of all disease, and that's the reason But Jared and I help people get such amazing results because we deal with root cause resolution. If you have a problem, you don't wanna walk into an office and have someone throwing a management system at it You walk in wanting to get rid of it, we used to spend our days helping people manage diseases, thank goodness. Now we get to spend our days enjoying Helping you to prevent and even reverse the most common chronic diseases of our time. And I say chronic in air quotes because we've been convinced these are things we'll have for the rest of our lives. And it's just not true. It doesn't have to be that way. If you don't by the lives of the enemy, you can get unstuck. This is one of the main reasons that we teach mindset as the first step in the five steps of our system. we think mindset, oh, that's all we, we, that's not really gonna help me. That's just kind of fluff. No, it's not. Because if you don't get rid of the lies That the enemy has pulled you into, what you're gonna do is you're gonna take those same old lies and you're gonna apply it to this new way of living. The first big problem is that maybe you don't even realize that there is a solution, that there could be an answer that you could reverse these quote chronic diseases.

Jarrod

I see that all the time with my patients. they come in, sometimes they come in for things specific for lifestyle medicine. Sometimes they just happen to mention, oh, I have a diagnosis of this as well. But that wasn't really the purpose of that appointment. Or they may mention a family member when we discuss family history and I tell them, here's something that may help you. I see that surprise so much of, wow, really I can get rid of this autoimmune disease. I mean, it never occurs to them that that's even a possibility.

Anita

Maybe this is the first time you're hearing that whole food. Plant-based eating has been shown over and over again in the reliable research to reverse the main chronic diseases of our time. We've experienced it. Our clients and patients experience it on the regular. I mean, think about our story. Like I said, we were eating whole, we were eating clean. I was reading the back of every product I bought. We had stopped eating the junk foods. We wanted to be healthy. We wanted to feed our children well. We wanted them to have a long life and legacy. So we were being very intentional, but I was buying things like no hormone added animal products that are by nature filled with hormones. I was looking for things that were lower fat. In the products that are by nature filled with cholesterol and the fats that are harmful to our bodies that are clogging our arteries, that are causing inflammation in our blood vessels, inflammation in our gut, which causes leaky gut inflammation in all these different areas. I mean, you think about just one thing, inflammation in the vessels. What area does blood flow not affect in your body? When you start thinking about that, you're gonna understand why eating whole plant foods, which are known to open up blood vessels, is going to help reverse so many different diseases to prevent and even reverse them.

Jarrod

And really what part of the body does inflammation not affect? There isn't one. So if you have poor blood flow and you have inflammation throughout your body, and it doesn't always just stay in one area, now you can have a localized injury and then a localized inflammatory response like a twisted ankle. Your whole body doesn't puff up, just your ankle does, but you can have chronic, ongoing inflammation that affects the entire body, including even our brain.

A Personal Healing Story

Anita

Well, I know this all too well because I had chronic inflammation of my bladder. Cystitis I was diagnosed with. It's a chronic disease. It gives you UTI symptoms that you have and you're told you're gonna have for the rest of your life. I was, started on medications and steroids that I was told I would have to take forever. This is just something you have, you're just gonna have it forever. What if I had accepted that? I would've still had it. Decades later, all imagine walking around with urinary tract infection symptoms every day or multiple times a month for the rest of your life.

Jarrod

And these medications aren't without their potential side effects, both short term and long term. If you've been on Prednisone long term, that can cause issues.

Anita

I no longer have interstitial cystitis. It is gone. I no longer have frozen shoulder. I've had it twice before. It was terrible. It was excruciating. And the thing is, it's not just about the diseases. What do they stop you from doing? That's why we have an enemy that's behind these things. He wants to stop you from living the God-given mission that you have And all the different ways that you could help people get set free. If he can keep you in bondage, he can keep them in bondage. But you have an ability, you have a gifting and a calling that God's placed inside you and what if you don't have to stay stuck? What would that look like for you if you could wake up every day

Real Results From Real People

Anita

and be free? I wanna share a few testimonials with you of some of our clients that we've worked with. Lainey said, I've never felt better. I'm now the same weight I was in high school. I've gotten so many incredible ideas of things that I would've never thought to do from working with Jared and Anita. I'm a changed person in my kitchen singing and smiling and being creative instead of relying on recipes all the time. I. Imagine that if that was your story. You know, sometimes we have to force ourself to eat things we absolutely hate in the name of health, or at least we think we have to do that. But the reality is we don't. So now, Carrie, instead of not looking forward to her meals, not enjoying what she eats, she's in the kitchen enjoying it, singing and smiling, and being creative instead of relying on just recipes, she knows how to Take all these different types of recipes and make upgrades to them so that she loves them, but they love her body back. She said, there's so many incredible tips that are invaluable to me. I'm so grateful for all that you do. Then there's Laura who had her Crohn's disease reversed, or Ashley who found freedom from her kitchen and the energy to do more of the things she wanted to do with her family and friends. And Katie, who's high blood pressure returned to normal. we could go on and on With the disease reversal, freeing stories, but the fact is whole plant foods have been proven to prevent and even reverse the top chronic air quotes, diseases of our time. So picture this. What if all of your health struggles were to go away? This is a real concern and we know it because many of our clients have tried to eat whole plant foods before. cause they realize it is the answer that works, but they haven't been able to make it stick for them.

Mindset First And Diet Culture Traps

Anita

Can I let you in on a secret? It hasn't worked because you've been trained to think that there are certain things you absolutely have to do to get healthy and most of those things you hate doing and they're absolute hogwash. But sadly, you've heard it so much that you believe those methods to be the necessary path to feel good again, because it's a mass market message that's bombarding you everywhere you go. And so you keep applying those same exhausted ways to this new, amazing way of living. And that is the very reason you keep falling off the wagon when you've tried Whole Food Plant-based in the past. This is why mindset is the very first step in our accelerator system. I'm not talking about woowoo mindset. Again, it's the real practical way to identify the recurrent lies of the enemy that keep bombarding you and are keeping you stuck. You see, the enemy knows that these are the lies that have worked on you in the past, and he's going to keep bringing them back up. and there are various avenues that he uses to bring those lies to you. The lies are things like, you need to closely monitor your grams of this, or keep up with your points of that, and oh, your weight and your calories too. yourself this way. Weigh yourself this many times a day. Go and keep up with all those numbers. If you wanna get healthy, it's gonna be necessary. Or you keep overeating and you really need to start limiting your portions if you want to feel better

Jarrod

And it makes sense that we address your thoughts first, because it's your thoughts that guide your actions. If you have wrong thoughts, you'll take wrong action. And it's very clever of our enemy to then get us to dive headfirst into some of these things like weighing and counting calories because we feel like now we're doing something, We're actively doing something about our health issue, but then it swings the pendulum the opposite way. There's not really freedom in that. So you're doing the stuff. It's like, I'm, I'm dieting, I'm eating less of this. I'm measuring my numbers. And it seems like common sense, especially in light of what we've been told for so many years in our society. But where's the freedom in that? Where's the joy? It really is possible to do this with joy and to have that freedom and not have it be Some kind of arduous task.

Anita

And then there's the food noise in your head. He tells you that's a signal that you have emotional issues and you just need to deal with all the things in your past. All the while you know that you have dealt with those issues, and yet here you are still thinking about food all the time. Ugh, it's so exhausting. All the lies and the manmade ways you're told will help you have the body you want. And our common enemy is behind them all because he does not want the image of God to flourish in you, and he does not want you to feel good and have the body that's totally backing you so that you can get out there and have the impact on this world for kingdom expansion that you were created to have. so it's crucial for you to see that applying the same old dieting methods like thinking you'll have to keep up with all the numbers or limit your portions to the size that would make even a bird revolt and force yourself to regularly eat meals that you don't really like while leaving behind the meals that you love. Those ways will never bring you lasting results.

What Plant-Based Can Reverse

Anita

The truth is there is a way to prevent and even reverse the top chronic diseases of our time. Some of the diseases that whole food plant-based is known to prevent and even reverse are cardiovascular disease, type two diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, many types of cancer, autoimmune diagnosis, cognitive decline in Alzheimer's. Things like stroke, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, arthritis, fatty liver disease, osteoporosis, digestive disorders. I could seriously keep going. I kid you not, and I know, again, I understand what you're thinking. How could it help? All these different things. This sounds like snake oil. Your body was created to be fueled on these foods optimally. These are the optimal F foods your creator made you to thrive on. Look at Genesis 1 29. It's his original plan. He's allowed us to do a lot of things. We talk about this often. He allowed us to have kings when he wanted to be our king. He's allowed us to eat certain foods, but his original plan, what do we see? The research backs it up. We experienced it in our own lives. What do our clients see every single day? These diseases reverse and they are prevented with these foods when you know how to get them in the way you actually enjoy and find exciting, and that's simple. That works with your busy schedule because it's quick, right? So all these things need to be in place. The five step system has to be there. and when it is, it works. It just works. I mean, imagine how ludicrous it would be. Picture Adam and Eve in the garden whipping out their app to count their macros and their micros whipping out their scale to weigh themself at the right time every day. All these ridiculous ways that we've been taught are ways that we need to get healthy. Oh, well, if you like chocolate cake, you can never have that again. Oh. If you like banana bread, you just better forget it. Oh, my husband's problem is he likes desserts too much. Literally, we hear it all the time Do we still eat and enjoy desserts? Absolutely. Have we lost 75 pounds together and kept it off? Absolutely. Do we have inflammation anymore? Like we used to have. No we do not because we wake up energized and ready to tackle our day. and I've shared this many times, but in case you're new here, I want you to know what is possible for you. what if, instead of dreaming of when you could fall into bed at night, the soonest possible moment, you could just drop your body into bed 'cause you're so exhausted. What if instead of that. You had to set your alarm every night to remind yourself to go to bed because you still had so much energy that you were getting stuff done into the late hours of the night. Now, I'm not advocating staying up late, but that is the problem I have now. That is the reality of eating the power on plant's way, of getting this five step system where you know how to get your mindset right, to get the lives of the enemy out. The sabotaging foods out. Get the foods on your plate that are gonna love you back, but not only that, you're going to love them. You're gonna look forward to it. You don't miss all the things that you think you cannot have. and Jared said, if you just eat plants, you will get results. But I'm gonna add that there are a lot of people who've just eaten plants and not gotten lasting results. And so we're not just going for results here. We want you to get results that last. And in order to do that, you need to learn how to make it quick so it works with your busy schedule. Delicious. So you actually love the way it tasted. It's just as good you, or even better than your old favorites. You have to learn how to upgrade your old favorite recipes. Not tell yourself, I can't have that anymore, but how can I, so it's a shift. What if you could shift from saying, I can't have this, I can't have that, I can't have this, I can't have that. Pretty soon you're hating life and it's never gonna last. So how can I have brownies now in a way that's not nasty and crumbly Like some of the other vegan experiences I've had, right? So how can I do that? And the recipes are a great place to start, but making it rapid, making it delicious, and making it simple. So what do I do when I don't have a spouse or anybody else in the house who's eating whole food, plant-based? What do I do when I travel and I'm going to business meetings and I have really packed days? What do I eat? When I'm on a road trip, what do I eat when I go to a restaurant? What do I order? How do I not sit there and be psycho about my numbers while everybody else is living their life and having a great time at the table and enjoying what they ordered? These are the real things that we teach you how to do Inside Accelerator, and when you get around the people who are all on the same path and encouraging you, especially if you don't have that support in your life, it is key. So all these things add together. But I think what Jared was getting at is if you have the recipes to get started and you can start gaining that momentum and they are the right recipes, ones that have simple ingredients, it's not complicated.
